Introduction

Thank you for your interest in the Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership for Learning for Equity Centered-Leadership (CALL-ECL)! CALL-ECL is designed to measure the leadership practices that matter to create more responsive, equitable schools. This is a sampling of CALL-ECL items. 

CALL ECL measures equity-centered leadership in the following four domains:

2. How Leaders Support Responsive and Engaging Teaching and Learning
3. How Leaders Recruit and Support an Equity-Focused Staff
