How does your school solicit feedback from families and the community?
I don't know if our school has practices to solicit feedback from families and the community.
Sometimes families and the community are asked to provide feedback on specific issues, but there are no structures in place to hear the concerns they may have.
Feedback from families and the community is primarily solicited through regular surveys provided by the school, and there are a few opportunities made available to voice concerns.
The school administers surveys, and uses social media, message boxes and regular caregiver-staff meetings to solicit family and community feedback.
School leaders regularly plan with family and community groups to coordinate opportunities for rich, two-way interactions to inform school practices and to address concerns.
